My Journey
I'm a frontend developer who loves creating beautiful, user-friendly websites.
My journey started in 2025 when I first learned how to code and discovered how powerful design and development can be when combined and how fun it is to build things with just HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I love how a few lines of code can create something visual and usable—like buttons that change color or forms that respond to user input. I studied International Relations but fell in love with building interfaces—where creativity meets logic.
Right now, I’m focused on mastering the basics:
- Writing clean, semantic HTML for structure.
- Styling with CSS to make websites look great.
- Adding interactivity with JavaScript (still getting comfortable with this part!).
- Learning responsive design so sites work on any device.
I’m practicing by building small projects (like an e-commerce web application, a portfolio site, and a weather app) and sharing them on GitHub. Eventually, I’d love to collaborate with others or contribute to open-source projects.
Though I’m just starting out, I’m excited to keep growing—one div at a time!
My Development Philosophy
- User-Centered: Everything I create begins and ends with the user's needs.
- Simplicity: I believe in the power of simplicity to create meaningful connections.
- Accessibility: Great design should be accessible to everyone, regardless of ability.
- Attention to Detail: The small details often make the biggest difference in user experience.

Personal Interests
When I’m not coding, you’ll usually find me with my nose in a book or gliding through water.
I’m an avid reader, whether it’s tech blogs that teach me something new, or classic novels that make me see the world differently, or my favourite mystery and crime novels—the twistier the plot, the better. Agatha Christie’s puzzles, Blake Pierce's riveting suspense, and modern psychological thrillers keep my brain buzzing. There’s a reason developers and detectives think alike: both thrive on logic, patterns, and the ‘aha!’ moment.
Swimming is my counterbalance. The pool is where I mute the noise, and let my subconscious untangle coding problems. There’s something meditative about the rhythm of strokes and the quiet underwater world. It’s no coincidence that my best debugging ideas hit mid-lane.
Mystery novels train me to spot bugs before they commit crimes. Swimming helps me drown the bad ones.
